Small Bites And Handheld Frozen Treats
How easy are these fresh berries dipped in chocolate and frozen?! They make a perfect treat and you can make them with any fruit at the peak ripeness. Mini banana pops are a guilt free treat made extra special dipped in sprinkles. Frozen yogurt bark is made with healthy, high protein Greek yogurt and fresh raspberries with chocolate chips and toffee bits scattered over AND it's Weight Watchers friendly. Strawberry Oreo pies are richer and served in small individual cups, they are perfect summer treats for picnics. These are fast easy desserts that the whole family will love . Some are a little indulgent and some are a healthy treat.

Frozen Pies And Icebox Cakes
Summer desserts are just more fun when they're frozen! These pies, cakes and other desserts take advantage of the natural sweetness of fresh fruit. Hot tip: For nice slices of frozen desserts, keep a mug of hot water nearby to dip your knife in between slices. There are plenty of desserts to choose from so pick your favourite fruit flavour combination and you'll have any of these whipped up in no time. (Remember to factor in the freezing time after making, most can be made in the morning and ready by dinner time or you can make them up to a month ahead and wrap well until serving.)

Popsicles
Sweet goodness that will keep your family cool and refreshed, popsicles are a summer favorite fruit dessert. Fresh blueberries, mangoes, strawberries, blackberries, orange and watermelon pair up in simple fruit puree popsicles or combine with cream, yogurt, coconut milk, cream cheese or chocolate for richer frozen desserts. Popsicles come in all fruit flavors so feel free to swap one fruit for another if you like. Pick up fun popsicle molds at any dollar store and have fun with the shapes, or freeze them in dixie cups with popsicle sticks placed in the middle (see how in the kesar kulfi recipe below).

Frozen Pudding and Salads
Fruity desserts can be healthy, too! Fruity flavors freeze up into a frozen fruit salad or try adding frozen fruit to overnight oats for a delicious dessert for breakfast

Frozen Yogurt and Ice Cream
Is there anything more iconic that a scoop of ice cream in a cone on a hot day? The Italians love an after dinner gelato as they visit outside in the evening. It's a great snack at the beach, too, or dressed up in a nice bowl after a fancy meal. Raspberries, peaches and strawberries (used while at their peak freshness and sweetness) are just a few of the feature flavours of these great ice cream recipes. The beauty of ice cream is that once made, it keeps well for months if covered in the freezer. But I bet these won't last that long! Yum 🙂

Frozen Drinks
This list wouldn't be complete without some frozen fruity drinks! Enjoy an alcoholic or non-alcoholic frozen drinks all summer long both to stay hydrated and to celebrate the season. A blender is a must for slushy drinks.
