Quick And Delicious Vegan Parsley Pesto

Add soft nuts and garlic to your food processor.

Grind to a fine texture.

What to look for:

Add Italian or flatleaf parsley.l

Process until finely chopped.  Then drizzle in olive oil and pulse to mix.

Season to taste with sea salt and nutritional yeast.

Spread on your favorite crostini or pasta and enjoy!
