An easy, creamy crab mixture gets layered with sweet chili sauce over tortilla chips for a crazy delicious twist on nachos! Using ready-made tortilla chips makes these FAST to make.
1 ½cimitation crab meatchopped (or you can use well drained canned crab meat or get gourmet with fresh real crab)
4tablespoonsweet chili sauce
2cshredded mozzarella
½cgreen onionsfor garnish
2teaspoonBlack sesame seedsfor garnish
1tablespoongarlic chili oilor more to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400’F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Whisk together until creamy and then fold in crab meat.
Arrange half of the tortilla chips and top with half of the creamy crab sauce and half the sweet chili sauce. Repeat with remaining sauce for a second layer.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and bake until melted, bubbling and some spots are browning, approximately 7-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and drizzle with garlic chili oil. Sprinkle green onions and black sesame seeds over and serve while hot.
Notes
Use as much or as little of the spicy garlic chili oil as you like.
