1teaspooneach Rosemary+Thymeor ¼ c each Basil+Parsley if it's summer
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Saute onion in olive oil until transcluscent
Add tomatoes and juice and simmer until reduced by ¼
Add in herbs, 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper and whiz with immersion blender until almost smooth. I like it to have a bit of texture but you can puree until smooth if desired.
