Blackberry Yogurt Popsicles
These are so tangy, sweet and delicious it's hard to believe they're healthy!!! Refreshing and so easy, make them ahead for quick and healthy summertime treats.
I used 2% M.F.
In a blender or cup with hand blender, puree berries with yogurt.
Pour into popsicle molds (I used an 8 popsicle tray, each popsicle is ¼ c) and freeze until firm.
Tip: If storing for awhile, you can save space by taking these out of the molds once frozen and store back in the freezer in a sealed Ziploc bag.
