Lavender Simple Syrup

An absolutely delicious and decadent simple syrup for drinks, baking or in a cafe latte.

  • 6 tbsp Lavender Flowers Cleaned if required
  • 2 c Sugar
  • 1 c Water


  1. Pour all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil then turn down and simmer 10 minutes and then turn heat off.

  2. Pour into sterilized mason jars or glass bottle, let cool and then refrigerate.
