Lavender Simple Syrup
An absolutely delicious and decadent simple syrup for drinks, baking or in a cafe latte.Print Pin
- 6 tablespoon Lavender Flowers Cleaned if required
- 2 c Sugar
- 1 c Water
- Pour all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil then turn down and simmer 10 minutes and then turn heat off.
- Pour into sterilized mason jars or glass bottle, let cool and then refrigerate.
- Use within 4 months.
